I have recently relocated to the Raleigh, North Carolina area and am currently looking for a position as an Art Director in the graphic and web design field. I am a year 2000 graduate of Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina and hold a BFA in Graphic Design. In early 2006, I resigned from my position as an Art Director for Market America, Inc in Greensboro, NC in order to relocate. There I was a trend-setting and well-respected graphic/web designer and team leader. I art directed and managed a growing electronic design and development team of many talented web designers and developers, graphic designers, writers/editors and production artists. The electronic design team and I were responsible for the design and production of all of Market America's (and it's subsidiaries) corporate and direct marketing web sites, web and email advertising, digital-based product sales materials and training literature. Specifically, my broad roles included creative conception, graphic and web design, web development and mastering, art direction, project management and implementation of numerous online projects.
